Key Features
Rocks-Pebbles-Sand-Water
Prioritize tasks using the proven methodology. Big important tasks (rocks) get scheduled first, then fill in with smaller items.
Context Tagging
Tag tasks with @home, @work, @errands and more. The app shows relevant tasks based on your current context.
AI-Powered Suggestions
Smart recommendations help you prioritize and organize tasks based on deadlines, importance, and your patterns.
Calendar Integration
Sync with iOS Calendar and Reminders. See your schedule alongside tasks for better planning.
Offline First
Works without internet. Local SQLite database with optional cloud sync keeps your data safe and accessible.
Cross-Platform
Available on iOS and Android. Your tasks sync across all your devices.
The Problem
Most task managers treat all tasks equally. But not all tasks have the same impact. The "rocks" in your life — the big, important things — often get crowded out by "sand" — the small, urgent distractions.
The Solution
Just In Time uses the rocks-pebbles-sand-water framework to help you visualize and prioritize your workload:
- Rocks: Big, important projects and goals that move the needle. These get scheduled first.
- Pebbles: Important tasks that support your rocks. Schedule these around your big projects.
- Sand: Small tasks that fill the gaps. Do these when you have spare moments.
- Water: Quick wins and micro-tasks. The stuff that takes just a minute or two.
Built for Getting Things Done
