Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sync my data across devices?
Go to Settings > Cloud Sync and sign in with your preferred account (Google, Microsoft, or Apple). Your data will automatically sync across all devices signed into the same account.
How do I import tasks from Apple Reminders?
Go to Settings > Import > Apple Reminders. Grant the necessary permissions when prompted, then select which reminder lists you want to import.
What are Rocks, Pebbles, Sand, and Water?
These represent priority levels in the GTD methodology:
Rocks: Must-do items - critical tasks that cannot be postponed
Pebbles: Should-do items - important but not urgent
Sand: Could-do items - nice to have, do when time permits
Water: Someday/maybe items - ideas for the future
How do location-based reminders work?
Enable location services for the app, then assign context tags (like @home, @work, @errands) to your tasks. When you arrive at or leave a location, relevant tasks will be surfaced in your Current Context.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data from our servers. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
Is my data backed up?
If you have cloud sync enabled, your data is continuously backed up to secure cloud servers. Without cloud sync, data is stored only on your device - we recommend enabling cloud sync or using your device's backup features.
